Important Announcement Regarding Upcoming Booking Portal Updates
New System is Online 🟢
We’ve officially moved to a new booking system designed to make scheduling, managing your account, and using gift cards much easier.
To access your updated account, simply click the “Access the New Booking Portal” button below.
Once on the login page, select “Forgot your password?”, enter your email address, and choose “Send Password Reset Link.”
You’ll then receive an email to reset your password and access your account, where your existing credits, purchases, and membership details are already waiting.
What to Expect During the Transition
1. Scheduled Downtime
Our current booking system will be offline from 10 p.m. on December 2nd to 2 a.m. on December 3rd while the new platform goes live. During this window, online booking and your account portal will be temporarily unavailable.
2. Your New Account Will Be Created Automatically
All existing purchases, package credits, and memberships will be transferred to your new account. This new account will be tied to the email address we currently have on file for you.
You won’t need to create a new profile – it will already be waiting for you once the transition is complete.
3. Post-Transition Email With Your Account Link
Shortly after midnight, you’ll receive an email confirming that the transition is complete. This message will include a direct link to the new booking portal along with simple instructions.
When opening the portal for the first time, just use the “Forgot your Password” button to set a new password and access your account.
4. Credit Card Information Will Not Transfer
For your security, stored credit card details will not be moved into the new system.
You will be able to re-enter your payment information at your convenience after logging in, and save those to your account for future purchases, if preferred.
Members will receive additional support to ensure their payment details are updated without interrupting billing.
5. Memberships Will Transfer Smoothly
Your membership will carry over into the new system automatically.
Our team will reach out directly if we need to verify payment details to ensure everything continues without interruption.

Gift Card Changes
6. Spaboom / Online Gift Cards (Purchased Before the Transition)
Online gift cards purchased through our previous provider – Spaboom – will not appear in the new system immediately.
We are importing these into our new software manually, and they should be fully integrated and available for use within 1–2 weeks after the transition.

7. New Online Gift Cards (Purchased After the Transition)
This new system introduces a major improvement:
All online gift cards purchased moving forward will automatically sync into your account and can be used directly for online booking.
No more issues booking with a gift card or manual lookups – everything will now live in one place.
8. In-Spa Gift Cards
All physical gift cards purchased in the spa will transfer immediately and remain fully usable during and after the transition.
